Menopause is a natural life stage, but the changes that come with it can feel overwhelming. Women who arrive unprepared can feel anger, rage, grief and upset.   This course offers a comprehensive and informative approach to understanding the physical, emotional, and mental shifts of menopause through a blend of modern wellness practices and ancient traditions. From learning about what exactly is going on with your hormones and body to knowing how our diet, stress and movement habits can influence your experience.  Together we will explore a variety of tools that can help you not only manage symptoms but embrace the power of this transition, helping you feel prepared.

This is a women’s only event

Cancellation T&C’s.  

I require a minimum of 3 to run this course, if I do not make this threshold I will postpone to another date. Those booked on will be moved to the new date.

If I cancel the course, I will offer you a space on a future course or you can receive a refund.

If you cancel, you might have the option to move to a future course date. This is down to my discretion 

If you or I miss one of the sessions due to sickness, I will record the content and email it out to you.
